We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we’re here to help.

• Eligibility for Refunds: Items which are not in their original packaging or have any tags removed will not be eligible for a refund. Please note we cannot accept items that have been washed / laundered. Please include your returns form in your parcel.

• Timeframe: You have 28 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.

• Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are ineligible for refunds, such as [e.g., digital downloads, gift cards, or personalized items].

• Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@gould-group.co.uk or follow the link on the home page Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Shipping Costs: Returns are free if you use the returns procedure on the Schooltogs site, if you use any other means to return your items we are unable to reimburse you, unless pre authorised by a member of staff.
